1. Introduction

Welcome to (β€œCompany,” β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”), operator of the online store (the β€œSite”). These Terms and Conditions (β€œTerms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and the purchase of products from us. The Site provides a platform for the promotion and sale of new, used, and refurbished laptops and related accessories (β€œProducts”) to consumers and businesses (the β€œServices”).

These terms form a legally binding contract between you (β€œUser,” β€œyou,” or β€œyour”) and the Company. The Company is duly registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Definitions

Refurbished A product that has been previously used, returned, or has cosmetic imperfections, and has undergone professional testing, repair, and restoration to full working condition. May include minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect functionality.
Used / Pre-owned A product in its original manufactured state that has had a previous owner, showing normal wear consistent with its age but verified to be in good working order.
Digital Commerce Law Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means and amendments.
Force Majeure Event Circumstances beyond reasonable control as detailed in these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, consistent with the age of majority under the UAE Civil Transactions Law. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You further warrant that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account; (c) maintain password security; and (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is inaccurate, false, or outdated.

5. Product Information & Descriptions

5.1 Accuracy of Listings

We specialize in new, open-box, pre-owned, and refurbished laptops. All product specifications, images, and descriptions are handled with care. In accordance with good faith obligations under UAE Civil Transactions Law, each listing clearly states the product’s condition (e.g., β€œNew,” β€œRefurbished – Grade A,” β€œUsed – Good”), key specifications, and known cosmetic imperfections.

5.2 Condition Grading

5.3 Compliance

All wireless devices (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) sold in the UAE comply with TDRA technical standards. We ensure necessary ECAS or Emirates Quality Mark (EQM) certifications as required by the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.

6. Pricing, Payment & Invoicing

6.1 Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The total price payable includes product cost, delivery fees, and any payment processing fees, all clearly displayed before order confirmation as required by Digital Commerce Law.

6.2 Payment

We accept payment via methods displayed on the Site at checkout. Payment must be made in full before order dispatch unless a separate B2B agreement exists.

6.3 Invoicing

Upon successful purchase, you receive an electronic invoice meeting Consumer Protection Law specifications (description, price, sale date, warranty information).

7. Ordering Process & Acceptance

You may place an order by following Site instructions. Your order is a legally binding offer. A contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including: product out of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues. If we cancel after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation by You: Once accepted, cancellation before dispatch may be impossible due to automated processing. Contact us immediately; if processed, your request will be treated under our Returns policy.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges and estimated timelines are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for third-party courier delays or force majeure events. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title passes only upon receipt of full payment in cleared funds.

9. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

βš–οΈ Consumer Protection Commitment: Our business complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Defective products are repaired, replaced, or refunded. Return windows and non-defective return conditions are detailed in our separate Return Policy (incorporated by reference). Failure to repair, replace, or refund a verified defect may result in penalties up to AED 250,000 under UAE law.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method after inspection. Timeframe depends on your payment provider.

10. Warranty & After-Sales Service

10.1 Product Warranties

All Products (unless explicitly β€œas-is”) come with a minimum warranty, the duration of which is stated on the product listing and invoice (e.g., 6 months). The warranty covers hardware malfunctions under normal use and excludes physical damage, software issues, or normal wear and tear. For used/refurbished goods, suppliers must conform to specific standards under the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law.

10.2 Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team. Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or refund. If a repair exceeds 7 business days, you may be entitled to a loaner device free of charge. Failure to provide a warranty document can result in significant fines for the supplier.

10.3 After-Sales Service and Spare Parts

We commit to adequate after-sales service and ensure access to necessary spare parts for a reasonable period after purchase, as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities). Nothing limits or excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any non-negotiable legal obligations to consumers.

12. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All content on this Site (logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, software) is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, protected by UAE and international IP laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited. Confidential information shared in connection with these Terms shall be protected with reasonable care.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), which complies with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). By using the Site, you consent to data collection and use as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

14. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful activity;

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by a Force Majeure Event beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or carrier delays. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve or mitigate the impact.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, including Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 (Consumer Protection), Digital Commerce Law No. 14/2023, PDPL (No. 45/2021), and UAE Civil Transactions Law No. 25/2025.

Informal Resolution: We encourage you to first contact customer service for amicable resolution of any dispute.

Formal Dispute Resolution: Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless a dedicated Dispute Resolution Committee of the Ministry of Economy has jurisdiction.
